Terms & Conditions – Bada Brand Start-up Bundle

This is an agreement between your brand and Bada Brand that governs offers to promote your brand or any service that the package includes through the website www.badabrand.agency , SMS or any other medium (Collectively Media). When You access, use, or book any orders using any of the media you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). 

Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy is extremely important for every organization as it clarifies all the doubts or confusion for new or existing customers.  We need your consent that you will adhere to our privacy policy to avail of our dynamic services.

Our privacy policy denotes that how your information or other credentials such as posts, social media ids, etc. we gather from you, can be utilized and promoted by our team.

1. We will require complete access to the client’s social media accounts as we will handle the promotional campaign of his product or services throughout a year and every piece of information be it; small or big will be effective for us. We require the customer’s information for the below-mentioned pointers:

  • The information or services of the client is reaching to how many people as we need your every single information as a part of our promotion.
  • We need to be aware that how many leads are coming related to business or services as a single lead can make a lot of difference.
  • If in case, we think that there is any amendment to be made in any of the social media platforms then we must have the access and authorization of clients to make any kind of changes to any of their accounts.
  • The authorization also allows us to upload the images, videos, messages, comments, and any type of promotional event along with feedback. It also includes any message, image, videos or all types of pages to download and utilize as per our requirements to manage the client’s accounts.
  • The structural changes or transferring your personal details to India and any other foreign countries across the globe where we can find our prospect clients, our associates, or third-party service providers.      

2. We (Badabrand) will not share the customer’s details with any other third party to earn amount however we still require the complete authority of pursuing it because we may come across the situation where we are in the middle of our promotional activity then we can utilize the client’s credentials to handle that scenario. or big will be effective for us. We require the customer’s information for the below-mentioned pointers:

3.  If somebody posts any negative comment or feedback on any social media platforms of the client then it will not be Badabrand’s responsibility as it would be someone else’s opinion and we cannot stop it but we can implement the alternate methodology to it. If the customer feels like handling that challenge, we will let him/her perform it. But if he wants us to overcome such issues then we will handle it through our tools and expertise to hide or block the post or person’s id instantly. Also, we can suggest the customer resolve his customer’s issue to maintain the reputation of his organization.

5. The client cannot involve any other digital marketing company other than us during Badabrand’s mutual contract because it can create a conflict or distraction to the activities conducted through our efficient team. The consequences will not be fruitful and the client must avoid such practice in order to hamper work ethic, strong relationship with us, and staying away from the unwanted interruption in his venture’s promotion.

Refund Policy

1. We (Badabrand) do not propose any Refund Policy in our services. All the clients must be informed in a crystal clear manner that there is no provision for returning the received amount.

2. We do not recommend this policy because there are numerous types of big projects and services along with the charges involved in it which we have already provided you in bulk and at extremely cheap prices.

3. All our customers accept our terms & conditions clearly and then sign up with us. We provide dynamic services with supreme quality and ensure all the new or existing ones should be satisfied and happy with them. Therefore, Refund is not offered in any situation.

4. Refund is the rarest of rare case scenario when it’s a genuine reason where we were unable to provide our best to the customer.

5.  Refund can come into existence after few deductions such as :

  • Deduction of Website development: The development of the website includes our cost, time & labor and it gets accomplished within the month’s span after the approval of every client. Therefore, the cost of 8k would be deducted by the client’s paid amount.
  • Deduction ofAMC: We provide AMC (Annual Maintenance Charges) to the clients which include in the promotional package and there will be an abstraction in the case of a Refund of 4k (yearly basis) on a pro-rata basis.
  • Deduction for GST compliances: The customer will need to pay for our GST compliances and hence that amount will be removed from his paid one.
  • Deduction for Content:  The content charges will also be borne by the customer as it would already be written down during the website designing and cannot be reversed once accomplished.
  • Deduction of Digital Marketing:  The charges of 12k would be deducted from the customer’s given amount as Digital marketing would also have completed by that time.
  • Deduction of the domain through 3rdparty: The customer will need to bear the charges of 500/- for the domain as it is provided to us by the third party and we are liable to pay them upfront.
  • Deduction for Hosting charges: Hosting charges would also need to be deducted from the customer’s paid amount as it is considered to be a third party and includes in our cost which is 2388/-.
  • Deduction for SSL Certificate: SSL is another third-party recognition and needless to remind that there will be a deduction of 3500/- for SSL Certificate as that also includes in our cost and the customer is well aware of this fact.
  • Deduction of credit card: If our client paid us through credit card then we will need to subtract the charges of 2.35% of the amount as we will have to pay the Credit Card Company or bank.
  • Deduction of Debit card: The policy is self-explanatory that the client will need to bear the charges of 0.4% if he hired our services and made the payment through a Debit card.

We suggest all our clients and ventures acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy very clearly to avoid any dilemma or conflict in near future.Our focus is to maintain a fruitful & strong relationship with our clients rather than imposing ourselves through conditions.
